Overnight Parking Permit

 SAME-DAY APPLICATIONS CAN ONLY BE ACCEPTED BY CALLING THE FRONT DESK BETWEEN MIDNIGHT AND 2 AM AT 516.465.4100 

On-Street Overnight Parking without a permit is prohibited between 2:00 am – 6:00 am

Permission may be granted to residents for special situations:
*Construction *Medical caretakers *Disabled vehicles *Guests
*Cherry Valley Apartment residents: guests only

Permission will not be granted for:
*Commercial Vehicles *Taxi & Livery Vehicles
*Hamilton Place and 2nd Street between Franklin Avenue and Hilton Avenue
*Insufficient room in a driveway(not a valid reason for permission)

Effective March 01, 2020
*Permission will be granted for a period not to exceed twelve (12) calendar days per year.
*The maximum number of consecutive days will be limited to six (6) days.
*Abuse of permission or improper filings will result in the suspension of privileges for one (1) year.
